ADS & SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
Location: Somerset West (In-office, Full-time).

The Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organised individual with a strong passion for Digital Ads, Social Media, and Content Strategy.
Our ideal candidate lives and breathes social media, stays up to date with trends and platform updates, and understands how to combine strong creative thinking with strategic paid media execution. This role reports directly to the Creative Director and works closely with our in-house creative team.

Key Responsibilities
Paid Ads Management
Set up, manage, monitor, and optimise paid campaigns across:
Meta Ads Manager
Google Ads
LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Daily and weekly campaign monitoring and optimisation
Budget management and allocation
Audience building and targeting strategy
Funnel setup and campaign structure alignment
Monthly reporting and performance analysis
Assist with client onboarding for advertising platforms and tracking setup
Social Media Management
Scheduling and publishing content via AgoraPulse
Instagram Story planning, posting, and execution
Community management across Meta and LinkedIn platforms
Assist with content calendars and platform strategy
Ensure content aligns with overall marketing and sales funnels
Content Strategy & Shoot Planning
Assist with content strategy and campaign ideation
Create and manage detailed shoot plans and shot lists
Coordinate content production with photographers, videographers, designers, and copywriters
Assist with shoot coordination and planning logistics
Directing or assisting on shoots would be a strong advantage
Ensure all content aligns with brand messaging and campaign objectives
UGC & Talent Coordination
Coordinate UGC creators, influencers, and models
Manage communication, briefs, timelines, and content delivery
Assist with sourcing and organising talent for campaigns and shoots

Requirements
Degree or qualification in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or related field
Minimum 3 years experience in digital marketing, social media, or paid media management
Experience with Meta Ads Manager is essential
Google Ads experience is highly advantageous

Applicants MUST live in or close to Somerset West, as they will need to commute to the office daily.

Be comfortable briefing creatives and coordinating content production

Stay up to date with digital trends, platform updates, and emerging content styles
