We’re looking for someone who can turn strong ideas into content that performs.
You’ll be responsible for ideating, planning, and executing content across multiple clients, while also taking full ownership of Local Truth Studio’s internal social platforms.
This role requires someone who understands both content and marketing, and how to use content to successfully move audiences through the funnel.

Remuneration: Market-related junior salary
Hiring Process:
Shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a practical task to demonstrate their ideation and content thinking ability.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Developing scroll-stopping content ideas tailored to each client
Turning ideas into clear, structured briefs for editors, designers, and videographers
Scheduling and publishing content via Agorapulse
Planning and executing Instagram Stories with clear intent (engagement, education, conversion)
Managing community engagement (comments, DMs, interactions) in each brand’s voice
Managing and briefing UGC creators
Assisting with content planning for shoots
Owning, optimising and growing Local Truth Studio’s Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn & Pinterest accounts.
Requirements:
2–4 years experience in social media, content, or a similar role
Strong ability to generate content ideas consistently
Deep understanding of what makes content engaging across platforms
Active, daily user of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest
Strong awareness of trends, formats, and platform behaviour
Understanding of marketing principles and the customer journey / funnel
Ability to use content (especially stories) to guide audiences toward action
Basic copywriting skills (clear, engaging, on-brand)
Experience working with content teams (designers, editors, videographers)
Strong organisational and communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-client environment
Bonus (Not Required)
Experience with paid ads (Meta, Google & TikTok)
Experience working with influencers or UGC creators
Exposure to content shoots and production workflows
