The Role:
We’re looking for a sharp, organised, and client-focused Account Manager to be the bridge between our team and our clients. You’ll manage multiple client accounts, ensuring campaigns run smoothly, deadlines are met, and deliverables exceed expectations. This role requires someone who can think strategically, communicate effectively, and build strong, lasting relationships with our clients. You’ll work closely with our Creative Director, Social Media Managers, and Content Creators to deliver high-impact work that aligns with each client’s vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities Include:
Be the primary point of contact for assigned clients – ensuring all communication is professional, proactive, and solution-focused.
Plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of social media, digital ads, and content campaigns.
Brief creative teams on project requirements and ensure deliverables align with client expectations and brand guidelines.
Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and schedules.
Collaborate with strategists and ad specialists to track performance metrics and provide clients with actionable insights and reports.
Anticipate client needs and propose ideas or strategies to add value.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with exceptional quality.
Manage internal feedback loops, approvals, and revisions between clients and the creative team.
Support the Creative Director in maintaining smooth operations and scaling processes.
Our ideal hire will:
Have 3+ years of account management or client service experience (preferably in an agency environment).
Hold a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Have proven experience managing multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.
Understand digital marketing fundamentals (social media, ads, content, reporting).
Possess excellent organisational, multitasking, and time management skills.
Have strong written and verbal communication abilities (EN & AFR required).
Be confident in interpreting data and turning insights into recommendations.
Be a natural problem-solver with a client-first mindset.
Requirements:
A relevant degree and at least three years of account management or client service experience.
Applicants must live in Somerset West or near (Helderberg: Strand, Gordon’s Bay, Stellenbosch) and be able to work from our office.
