Location: Somerset West (In-office, Full-time).

Local Truth Studio is a creative marketing agency based in Somerset West.
We specialise in photography, videography, social media management, graphic design, copywriting, Google & Meta ads management, and brand development.
We’re a small, high-output team working hands-on across multiple brands and industries. We move fast, think strategically, and produce a high volume of content every month.

We are hiring a Paid Ads & Content Manager who is strong in strategy, execution, and project/traffic management.


The Role:

This role is for someone who:

  • Thinks in content strategy, not random posts.

  • Understands paid media inside out (Meta, Google, LinkedIn).

  • Can manage timelines, briefs, approvals, and creative teams.

  • Can set up campaigns, monitor performance, optimise daily/weekly, and report accurately.

  • Can maintain structure and drive deadlines in a busy, fast-moving agency environment.

You will work directly with the Creative Project Manager and collaborate daily with designers, photographers, videographers, and copywriters.


Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Strategy & Planning:

    • Build long-term and short-term ads & organic content strategies.

    • Plan content calendars and manage the production timelines.

    • Lead visual strategy for ads and organic posts.

    • Ensure all marketing funnels align and function correctly.

    • Develop 6-month brand strategies focused on growth, conversions, and retention.

  • Paid Media:

    • Set up and launch Meta, Google, and LinkedIn campaigns.

    • Daily + weekly performance monitoring and optimisation.

    • Manage budgets, pacing, bidding, audience building, and targeting.

    • Troubleshoot ad accounts, Meta Business Suite, and platform issues.

    • Deliver monthly reporting with clear insights and next steps.

  • Content & Creative Management:

    • Ideate for shoots and content creation.

    • Brief designers, photographers, videographers, and copywriters.

    • Manage revisions, feedback, and approvals.

    • Oversee Instagram Stories strategy and design.

    • Ensure content is posted on time across platforms.

    • Maintain consistent brand execution across channels.

  • Tools & Platforms:

    • Meta Business Suite & Ads Manager

    • Google Ads Manager

    • LinkedIn Campaign Manager

    • GA4, platform insights, WooCommerce, Shopify

    • Basic understanding of social scheduling tools

    • Are strong in organisation, planning, prioritising, and managing deadlines.

    • Can work under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced agency environment.

    • Are comfortable working independently and collaboratively.

    • Are open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.


Requirements:

  • Relevant degree or qualification

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in paid ads, content management, or digital marketing

  • Solid portfolio/examples of campaigns or brand work
